If you have problems logging for the first time, please call the following toll-free number: 833-679-3239 on Monday – Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. CST. If you logged in previously but are currently locked, please use the “Forgot Security Code” option to unlock your account and reset your password.


Updated information:

  • You will only be allowed 3 attempts at entering your password before your account is locked; however, you can unlock your own account by requesting a new password using the “Forgot Security Code” link on the login page and on the mobile app login screen.

  • Delete any old links that you have saved for UECU’s online banking – the old link will NOT work with our new platform. If you are using a desktop/laptop computer, please go to our website at www.unitedenergycu.com and click on the Login button.

  • If you are using a mobile device, we highly recommend downloading our app (search United Energy Credit Union). The mobile app will improve your user experience when accessing your account on your phone/tablet.

  • Scheduled transfers did NOT move to the new platform. You need to set up the transfer if you want to continue to automatically move money between share accounts or from a share account to a loan.

  • Face ID and/or Fingerprint identification will not be available for the first 30 days. You will use the instructions below for First Time Login. An email will be sent once the feature is available.

  • Instant balances are available on Mobiliti our mobile app. This will allow you to see the balances on accounts you have selected without entering your login credentials. Login to the mobile app – Select the More button on the bottom of the page - Under Setting select Instant Balance – Turn on Instant Balance – Select the accounts you want to see.


First Time Login Info:

  • Your Login ID will remain the same UNLESS it is less than 6 digits. Please add zeros to the front of your Login ID to make it a 6 digit number.

    • EXAMPLE: Current ID = 12345 / New ID = 012345
      Current ID = 1234 / New ID = 001234

  • Your password is now called a Security Code. Your initial Security Code will be the last 4 digits of the primary account holder’s SSN. You will be prompted to change this information after your first login. Your new Security Code must be between 9 to 16 characters and contain 1 upper and 1 lower case letter, at least 2 numbers, and one of the following special characters: @#$%

  • The logon process will be more streamlined with both the Logon ID and Password/Security Code fields will be combined. Challenge security questions will continue whenever necessary to keep your account safe. The security phrase feature will be removed.

  • Your BillPay transaction history, payee information, and scheduled payments within BillPay will carry over to the new system.
